Chose this hotel for its pet-friendly policy and proximity to Duke. Staff was accommodating, ensuring we were away from busy areas for our dogs' comfort. Room was nice but the carpet wasn't my favorite. However, unclear fees left a sour taste at checkout.

I truly admired the clean, spacious rooms at Millennium Durham. The hotel presented a lovely decor with comfortable furnishings, making it a welcoming haven. Its proximity to Duke University was a significant plus as well.
More accessibility options for seniors would be helpful.

i stayed at millennium for 4 nights and loved how spacious the deluxe queen room was. the beds were incredibly comfortable, probably the best i’ve ever slept in. the hotel is super close to duke, and the shuttle operators were very nice. i also enjoyed the indoor pool and whirlpool—it’s a perfect way to unwind after a day out.

Great rooms with a welcoming atmosphere
I loved the spacious and clean room I stayed in, which had a lovely decor and comfortable furnishings that made me feel right at home. The hotel is conveniently located near Duke University, making it easy to get to my appointment. However, I found the breakfast options to be a bit underwhelming and could use some improvement.

We had a fantastic stay! The excellent location made it easy to visit Duke University, and the staff was really accommodating to our family with two kids. The room we got had comfy beds, perfect for relaxing after our adventures.
My kids wished for a bigger pool area with more activities for them to enjoy.

If you're into local flavors, you can't miss Nosh for their scrumptious brunches and Enzo's Pizza Co for a pie that'll make your taste buds dance! The location is clutch too, perfectly nestled near great spots. Free parking and clean rooms added to a breezy stay.
But let's keep it real—A chilly pool and a hot tub that left more to be desired? Total buzzkill for the kiddos. Plus, a $100 security deposit? That's a drag, especially when breakfast ain't what was promised.

During my three-night stay, I was quite pleased with the spacious Deluxe Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the hotel's location near Duke University was very convenient for my visit. However, the pool was chilly, and I was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in some common areas, especially the carpets. Despite these issues, I enjoyed the overall atmosphere and was able to explore the local dining scene nearby.

I recently stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the upgraded room, but the limited restaurant menu was disappointing. Despite the struggles, the manager kindly upgraded my room after initial issues.

The Deluxe Queen Room was decent enough. The beds were comfy, which is always a plus. But there were signs of wear and tear, and I noticed some dust here and there. Bathroom had rust in the tub that didn't look so great. Lighting was okay, nothing special. Overall, the space was usable, but it definitely could use a refresh.

mixed feelings about my stay
I appreciated the personal attention from the front desk staff, who tried to assist with the TV issue. The remote replacement was a helpful attempt to solve the problem, even if it didn't work out. Also, the room was spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax during our two nights there.
The overall lack of responsiveness to my requests was disappointing.
